Main technical features:

1, reasonable material - anti-corrosion

For the low temperature economizer and MGGH in the flue gas cooler and flue gas reheater, based on the flue gas acid dew point, selecting the ND steel, 316L, 2205 and other steel; air preheater and garbage power plant or biological power plant GGH , Choose single-sided enamel tube or double-sided enamel tube.

2, flue gas inlet optimization - anti-bias flow

It is important to install a suitable flue gas reflux device in the flue gas inlet to establish a reasonable flue gas flow field to ensure the uniformity of the flue gas flow rate. When the flue gas flow rate is reasonable, most of the heating surface wear is caused by the local high flow rate.

3, flue gas flow optimization - anti-wear, anti-fouling

The main measures to reduce and prevent wear is to select the appropriate flue gas flow rate, low temperature flue gas self-cleaning flow rate of 8m / s or more, our company's H-fined tube low temperature heat exchanger generally choose flue gas flow rate 8-10m / s; air preheater flue gas side flow rate of 8-12m / s, air side flow rate of 12m / s below.

Flue gas cooler inlet flue gas volume: 508000nm3 / h, inlet flue gas temperature: 125 ℃, outlet flue gas temperature: 95 ℃

Circulating water: 203t // h, inlet water temperature: 75 ℃, outlet water temperature: 100 ℃;

Flue gas reheater inlet flue gas: 538000nm3 / h, inlet flue gas temperature: 46 ℃, outlet flue gas temperature: 75 ℃

Circulating water: 203t // h, inlet water temperature :, 100 ℃, outlet water temperature: 75 ℃;

Case 2: Datang Suihua 2x350MW unit low temperature economizer,

Pre-cooler inlet flue gas volume: 1189326nm3 / h, inlet flue gas temperature: 145 ℃, outlet flue gas temperature: 110 ℃

After the cooler inlet flue gas: 1265095nm3 / h, imported flue gas temperature: 104 ℃, the export of flue gas temperature: 98 ℃
